Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@8evp.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@8evp.com and send your item to: 3730 Dickerson Pike Nashville Tennessee US 37207.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Eight EVP WARRANTY

All Eight EVP products were tested and found to be operational at the time of manufacture. Provided this product is installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, Eight EVP warrants all parts and components of the product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period specified for each product, from the date of purchase. This Warranty excludes accidental or willful physical damage, Corrosion, and normal wear & tear.

Units demonstrated to be defective within the warranty period must be returned at customer’s expense to the Nashville location and will be repaired or replaced at no cost.  Eight EVP LLC will return the repaired product with transportation cost prepaid.  Eight EVP LLC assumes no liability for expenses incurred in the packaging, handling, and shipping of the product to the Factory Technical Service Department for repair. For in-warranty product return authorization, questions regarding product warranty coverage or questions regarding out-of-warranty repair quotes, contact the Factory Technical Service Department in Nashville. This Warranty is void if, in the judgment of Eight EVP LLC


(1) an attempt has been made to break the light head seal or repair the light head, and/or
(2) the product has been used with inappropriate or inadequate wiring or circuit protection, and/or
(3) the product has failed as a result of abuse or unusual use and/or accidents, and/or
(4) the product has been modified without the written approval of Eight EVP LLC.
(5)The product is returned with insufficient wire to test the functions of the light
Corrosion.


Eight EVP LLC treats external metal surfaces where applicable to prevent rust and corrosion. Damage to this coating after the sale is out of the control of the manufacturer Eight EVP LLC. Due to the potential harsh  corrosive nature of but not limited to, the chemicals and salts used on Roads and naturally occurring sea water and Acid rain, any chip or scratch can cause damage. Therefore Eight EVP LLC does not warrant for corrosion damage or water ingression cause by corrosion. Eight EVP does recommend regular inspections and cleaning of all metal coatings and surfaces to avoid corrosion damage.


EIGHT EVP LLC. SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RELATING TO THE PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE; NOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE REMOVAL AND/OR RE-INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS REQUIRING SERVICE AND/OR REPAIR. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, Eight EVP LLC. MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT.

PRODUCT RETURNS.

If a product must be returned for repair or replacement*, please contact our factory to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number  (RGA number) before you ship the product to Eight EVP LLC Write the RGA number clearly on the package near the mailing label.  Be sure you use sufficient packing materials to avoid damage to the product being returned while in transit.


* Eight EVP LLC reserves the right to repair or replace at its discretion.  Eight EVP LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for expenses incurred for the removal and /or reinstallation of products requiring service and/or repair.; nor for the packaging, handling, and shipping: nor for the handling of products returned to sender after the service has been rendered.
